Brighton Hotel

Last week I went on holiday and I stayed in a Brighton hotel with my boyfriend. We wanted to experience the best of what Brighton had to offer, whilst also having a relaxing holiday away from our busy lives. The hotel we chose was the Lansdowne Hotel & Spa right on the seafront. It’s easy to see the famous Hove lawns from here and it’s just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton.

The hotel itself has obviously gone through some therapy of its own as the old building has been lovingly restored to match the modern requirements of tourists, like me and my boyfriend. The surroundings of the hotel were already the perfect place for relaxation when we arrived.

Brighton SpaThe Spa is something which I was particularly excited about as that was where I was intending on doing most of my relaxing. From what I saw, it looks like they have the whole shebang when it comes to spas as they had a separate sauna and steam room, plenty of beauty treatments, and even special treatments for my boyfriend.

On a personal note, I experienced a full spa day with the Hot Stone Heaven package. This gave me full body care using the magic of hot stones, as well as a pedicure to get those calluses out of there. All I can say is that this Brighton hotel gave me exactly what I wanted and I was fully relaxed for the whole day, and was ready to see the sights of Brighton the next.

Obviously, the staff can vary depending on where you go, but the staff that was on hand whilst we were there was friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to making us feel as relaxed as possible. Although, the additional service we received could have actually been for everyone.

For the rest of our holiday, we took to witnessing all the great things in Brighton. We went to the Royal Pavilion, which was simply magical, especially when we entered the feasting room and saw that great big dragon holding up a giant chandelier. We went to the art gallery and, of course, we also went to the pier. The pier was fun to walk around on as you can see the sea through the gaps in the boards below. It’s just a shame you can’t go to the very end of it since the rides are in the way!

Overall, it was a great trip and we sincerely enjoyed our holiday in Brighton. The spa was particularly relaxing and we hope to be going back in a few months.

Beauty Therapy Newcastle’s Lauren has her eyelash extensions & infills featured in online reviews website LifestyleUK

I recently carried out some Noveau Eyelash extensions for a friend/client of mine who also writes their own blog (LifeStyleUK). As part of the reviews section of her website, she reviewed Nouveau’s Eyelash extensions based on the treatment I had given her.

Lashes Before

The client's eyelashes before the treatment

A couple of weeks later I also added infills for the client which they then reviewed in a seperate article.

Lashes After

The client's lashes after the treatment

The client was very impressed with the treatment and has since been back for more infills.

So, it was finally time to open my eyes. What a difference!

You can read the original review of the Nouveau Lashes here

You can also read the follow-up review of the Noveau Lashes infills here

Why not have a quick look st the articles as they make for good reading, I am a big fan of Nouveau Lashes and would highly recommend them.
